Onboarding

Cloudbizz onboarding service can be used with WinSCP, It is a popular SFTP client and FTPS client for Microsoft Windows, and you can use this software to transfer your customers files to our onboarding server by following this tutorial

1. Onboarding Service


Login to our panel

  •  Click on Services in Customer Functions under the desired customer






  • Before provisionning Onboarding service, you need to provison your applications like Winbooks, FileSharing, BOB50, Kluwer... 




  • After provisionning your desired applications you can expand the Onboarding service and under (1 - Onboarding) you can see where this service will provide you access to.

  • (2) Please fill your email address to receive your credentials



3. Install WinSCP


  • Click on Install for all users                                                      











  • Click on Accept








  • Click on Next



 







  • Check "Commander" and click on Next









  • Click on Install










  • Uncheck "Open Getting started page" and
    Click Finish




                                  

4. First connection

Leave File protocol to SFTP

  1. Host name = migration.cloudbizz.com

  2. Port number = 7822

  3.  Enter username that you received from our panel

  4. Enter password that you received from our panel

  5. Click save if you want to save those settings

  6. Click Login










Click on yes when you receive the Warning







5. How to transfer data to Cloudbizz

 






1. In the left pane select files / folders that you want to transfer to the right pane (2)

2. The right pane is where you want to transfer your data

 





1. When you have selected files or folders in the left pane, click on Upload

 

 


 


1. Check Transfer in backgroud (add to transfer queue)

2. click on OK to start the transfer

3. If you want to preserve folder creation date click on Transfer settings...

                          And select Including directories then press OK

How to create a new security group


        1) Login to panel.cloudbizz.com > Click on Services > Exchange > Distribution group :

          


       2) Create a new distribution group with the type "Security"

               

       3) Verify the name of the security group and you will have the possibility to "hide the group from adress lists"

      


       4) In the members section, you need to add the members

                   


       4) In the "email" section, introduce the email adress for the security group


           

 

  


           
        







 

Comment activer Codabox

Pour créer un FTP CODABOX en NEXT :

 

  1. Un user codabox_customershortname doit être créé.
  2. Pour ce user, on ne doit pas oublier de mettre que le mot de passe n’expire jamais.
  3. Il faut communiquer le FTP (ftpmail.cloudbizz.net) + le login et mot de passe (voir point ci-desssus) à CODABOX (support@codabox.com)

  4. La création de cet espace Codabox et Skwarel se fait maintenant directement depuis le panel.

     

    Lors de la création d’un compte codabox_* sur le panel, c’est donc le panel qui va créer la structure directement sur le FT01 (+ création du groupe AD Citrix_Codabox_%customershortname%)

    Lors de la création d’un compte skwarel_* sur le panel, c’est donc le panel qui va créer la structure directement sur le FT01 (+ création du groupe AD Citrix_%customershortname%_Skwarel)

     

     

    Pour les serveurs « Shared » :

    Lorsque la ressource « Codabox » est provisionnée, ou dé-provisionnée, c’est donc aussi le panel qui s’en charge.

     

    Plus besoin d’attendre 1 heure que ce soit dispo.

    Pour que les utilisateurs aient leur disque Q :, il suffira donc de faire un logoff/logon après avoir provisionné la ressource.

     

    Même principe pour Skwarel.

     

    Pour les serveurs dédiés :

     

    Dans l’outil « Applications Management », lorsque la ressource (Skwarel ou Codabox) est donnée à un utilisateur, celui-ci est rajouté au groupe AD (Citrix_Codabox_%customershortname% ou Citrix_%customershortname%_Skwarel)

    Si le groupe AD correspondant n’existe pas encore, l’outil ne donnera pas la ressource à l’utilisateur.

    Il faut que le groupe AD existe déjà.

    Il faut donc que le compte codabox_* ou skwarel_* ait été créé avant.

    Une fois que tout est en ordre, l’utilisateur peut faire un logoff/logon pour avoir son disque Q :
